Privacy Policy

1. Scope

This policy applies to the TrialPulse marketing website and governs the data we collect when you browse the site or contact us. It does not govern the TrialPulse platform itself — platform data is handled under each customer’s services agreement — and it does not govern data collected inside a clinical study, which is handled under the study’s protocol and informed-consent documents, never through this website.

2. Information you send us

The demo-request form asks for your first and last name, work email, organization, role, and an optional message. Submissions are not stored on this website: they are delivered to our team by email through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a form-delivery service, and we use them only to respond to your inquiry and follow up about our services. Please never include patient information or protected health information (PHI) in a submission; this website is not designed to receive it.

3. Cookies and analytics

Essential cookies. The site sets a session cookie and a security (CSRF) token that pages and forms need to function. They identify nothing about you beyond the current browsing session and cannot be switched off.

First-party analytics. We measure how the site is used with our own analytics engine, which runs entirely on our servers. It records the pages you view, how long you stay and how far you scroll, the site or campaign that referred you, your browser, device type, screen size, language, and time zone, and — where available — your approximate country and region (derived from your IP address, which is stored only in a truncated, anonymized form). This data stays in our systems, is never sold, is never shared with advertising networks, and is deleted automatically after 13 months.

Analytics cookies are set only after you choose “Accept All” in the consent banner:

• tp_vid — a random identifier that recognizes your browser when you return. Expires after 2 years.
• tp_sid — groups the pages you view into a single visit. Expires 30 minutes after your last activity.
• tp-consent — remembers the choice you made so we do not ask on every page. An accept is kept for 1 year; a reject is kept for 30 days, after which the banner asks again.

While the banner is still unanswered, one temporary cookie (tp_attr) may hold the campaign or referring site that brought you here, so that attribution is not lost if you accept on a later page. It contains no identifier of any kind and expires within 30 minutes.

If you reject — or your browser sends the Global Privacy Control signal — no analytics cookie is set and your page views are counted anonymously, with nothing linking one page to the next.

Google Analytics. Where configured, we additionally use Google Analytics 4 (loaded through Google Tag Manager) under Google Consent Mode v2 with the default set to denied — it also activates only after you accept the banner. Google’s processing is described in Google’s own privacy documentation.

Your choices. Reject in the banner and nothing identifying is stored. To change an earlier choice, clear this site’s cookies and site data in your browser — the banner will ask again on your next visit. You can also block or delete cookies entirely in your browser settings; the site works without analytics cookies.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers who run this website for us — hosting, and the form-delivery service named above — each permitted to use it only to provide those services to us, or where disclosure is required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of TrialPulse or the public.

5. Security

Everything you submit travels over HTTPS. Form submissions are relayed directly to our team’s mailbox and are not stored in this website’s database; analytics data lives on our own server, with access limited to the people who operate the site.

6. Your rights and data requests

Depending on where you live — including under the GDPR (EEA, UK, Switzerland) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) — you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a portable copy of your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To make a request, email info@trialpulse.com. We will verify your identity before acting on a request, and we will never discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

7. Children

This website is directed to professional audiences. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13 years of age, consistent with COPPA.

8. Changes to this policy

We will post any changes on this page and update the date at the top. Continued use of the website after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
